Submit Your Pet

To nominate your pet as a Friend of Frankie, make an online donation through JustGive.org of at least $25 to Frankie’s Friends. Your gift will assist animals whose families cannot afford the cost of veterinary care.

Then, create your special tribute to your pet using the form below. Our website manager will review your text and photo within 3 business days. If for any reason your tribute is rejected, your donation will be refunded.

Your pet’s tribute will remain featured and the photo will randomly cycle through the pictures on the Friends of Frankie page for the next 3 months. The written tribute and photo will remain available for an indefinite period of time.
