Who is Frankie?

Frankie was a beautiful greyhound, cherished by the DeBartolo family of Tampa, Florida. In addition to endowing the foundation with Frankie DeBartolo’s name, the foundation is endowed with her boundless spirit and vitality.

Born in 1996, Frankie was treated at BluePearl Veterinary Partners (formerly named Florida Veterinary Specialists)  for heart disease and cancer beginning in 2000. She died in 2007.
