It was a fashion feast for the the eyes as women and men from across Tampa Bay gathered in Tampa at the Mad Hatter Tea and Brunch Sunday.  Almost 200 guests, dressed to the nines, adorned in hats and fascinators joined forces at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood  to raise money for Frankie’s Friends,  a charitable pet foundation which gives grants to pet owners who can’t afford medical care for their four-legged family members, according to Elaine Sweeney of STYLEdge Fashion, honorary chair of the event.
